How does the pressure sensor work?
The shaver handle has a luminous ring that changes colour: blue means too little pressure, green is optimal, and orange warns that you're pressing too hard. This helps protect your skin from irritation caused by excessive pressure.
Can I turn off the pressure sensor?
The pressure sensor feedback is always active to protect your skin, but it does not stop the shaver from working. You can simply ignore the light if preferred.
What is the difference between SkinIQ and SenseIQ?
SenseIQ (S5444/03) automatically adjusts motor power based on hair density. SkinIQ (S5880/20) includes a pressure sensor that provides real-time feedback on shaving pressure, plus motion-sensing technology. Both are advanced smart shaving technologies.
